Sumit Uttamchandani is a Dubai-based operator with 25 years across UAE and GCC financial services — 15 years inside banks, then a decade building and selling loyalty, payments, engagement and emerging-technology solutions to banks, fintechs, telcos, aviation, energy, payment schemes and governments across the region. His work sits where customer loyalty, payments and engagement meet applied AI.
Today he focuses on two connected areas: AI-driven loyalty, rewards and personalization for financial services, and — through Operating Intelligence — building agentic AI systems that plan, act and report inside the enterprise.
